1. Sponsor
The Heavy Hundred Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Dylan Truesdale, doing business as TRSDL, Missoula, Montana ("Sponsor"). Contact: dylan@trsdl.com. Mission 22 (Elder Heart Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 46-2750726) is the charitable beneficiary of the fundraiser connected with this Giveaway. Mission 22 does not sponsor or administer the Giveaway. Prizes were donated by Montana Knife Company, GORUCK and Barbell Apparel (the "Prize Providers"). The Prize Providers do not sponsor or administer the Giveaway.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube or Google LLC. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram, Meta, YouTube and Google from any and all liability connected with the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Any donor or entrant may be entered, but only an eligible person can win. Eligibility is confirmed when a potential winner is contacted, and if an ineligible person is drawn, an alternate will be selected. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Mission 22 and the Prize Providers are not eligible, nor are members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry periods
The Giveaway is made up of two separate drawings. All times are Mountain Time (MT). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.

Entries count only toward one drawing and do not carry over. Donations to the campaign page made before Giveaway 01 opened, from the campaign's launch through Oct 25, 2026, count toward Giveaway 01.
4. How to enter
Comments, likes, follows, shares and direct messages on Instagram, YouTube or any other platform are not entries. There are two ways to enter.
Donation entry (automatic). Make a donation of $10 or more to Mission 22 through the official campaign page (donate.mission22.org/campaign/814545). Each completed donation is entered automatically under the name and email address given at checkout. No separate form or receipt is required. Entries are based on Mission 22's donation records for the campaign, which Mission 22 shares with Sponsor only to run the Giveaway. Entries are counted per donation:

A donation's date and time in Mission 22's records decide which drawing it counts toward. Refunded, failed or charged-back donations earn no entries. Donations made outside the campaign page, for example offline or through other Mission 22 pages, are not automatically entered. Sponsor may add them at its discretion if Mission 22 confirms the donation. Entries from donations are generally added within seven (7) days, and all donations made during an entry period will be included before that period's drawing. A donor who does not want to be entered may opt out by emailing the address in Section 1. The donation still goes to Mission 22.
Free entry (no donation). While an entry period is open, complete the free entry form on the Giveaway website with your first and last name, email address and state of residence, and agree to these Official Rules. Each person may submit one (1) free entry per drawing, worth one (1) entry, the same number of entries as the minimum $10 donation.
Equal odds. Every entry has exactly the same chance of being drawn, whether it was earned by donation or by free entry. Free entry is available at no cost throughout each entry period.
Identity and limits. Entries are tracked by email address, and a person may use only one email address for the free entry. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, multiple or fake identities, or any other automated or fraudulent means are void, and the person submitting them may be disqualified. If a dispute arises over who submitted an entry, it will be treated as submitted by the authorized holder of the email account.
5. Prizes
One (1) prize package will be awarded in each drawing. Each package is awarded to a single winner.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes in the Giveaway is $1,415. Vests are black. Vest weight and fit are subject to availability from GORUCK. The gift card is subject to Barbell Apparel's gift card terms. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor or a Prize Provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded.
Knife prizes. The winner is responsible for following all federal, state and local laws on owning and carrying a fixed-blade knife. A knife will be shipped only to a U.S. address where its delivery is lawful, and the recipient may need to sign for it. If a knife can't lawfully be delivered to the winner, the winner will receive the rest of the package, and Sponsor may offer a substitute item.
Each winner is responsible for any taxes on their prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
6. Drawing and odds
Each winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for that drawing, using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Each entry is one ticket. The Giveaway 02 drawing may be conducted live during the Heavy Hundred event and broadcast on social media. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing. Each person may win only one prize package across both drawings. A Giveaway 01 winner remains eligible to enter Giveaway 02 but cannot win a second package. If that person is drawn, an alternate will be drawn.
7. Winner notification and claim
Potential winners will be contacted by email at the address they entered with, and may also be contacted by direct message from Sponsor's official Instagram account. A potential winner must reply within five (5) days of notification and provide a shipping address and any requested eligibility confirmation. Sponsor may require a signed declaration of eligibility and liability and publicity release, returned within the same period. If a potential winner doesn't respond in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, a credit card number, a bank account or a shipping fee. Any message asking for these is not from Sponsor.
8. Prize delivery
Prizes are shipped by Sponsor or directly by the Prize Providers to the winner's U.S. address. Delivery is expected within about 4–6 weeks of verification. The gift card is delivered by email.
9. Donations
All donations are made directly to Mission 22 through Mission 22's own donation page and are governed by Mission 22's terms. Sponsor does not receive, hold or control donated funds. Mission 22 issues donation receipts. Entrants should consult their own tax advisor about deductibility. Donating does not increase any entrant's odds compared with using the free entry method.
10. Publicity and privacy
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's first name, last initial, state and Instagram handle (if provided) to announce the winner on social media and the Giveaway website, without further compensation. Personal information, including donor name, email, donation amount and date shared by Mission 22, is used only to administer the Giveaway, credit entries, contact winners and comply with law. Anonymous donors' names are never published. It will not be sold. Sponsor may send one email announcing the Heavy Hundred results. Sponsor will send training or marketing emails only to entrants who check the optional updates box on the free entry form, and anyone can unsubscribe at any time. Checking or leaving that box unchecked has no effect on eligibility or odds.
11. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. If the Giveaway can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify or suspend it. Sponsor may also award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received up to that point. By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Mission 22, the Prize Providers, Instagram, Meta, YouTube and Google from any liability for injury, loss or damage connected with the Giveaway or any prize. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
12. Winners list
For the names of the winners (first name, last initial and state), email dylan@trsdl.com with the subject "Heavy Hundred Winners" within 60 days after the Giveaway 02 drawing.
